Ramen with goose

Our seasonal gem, Pure & Paleo Free-Range Goose Bone Broth, is perfect for creating a truly special ramen dish. It might even inspire a slightly different Christmas roast this year ;) In any case, it's much quicker.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 1 bottle of bone broth, free-range goose, pure & paleo
  • 1 tbsp Organic Lemon Shoyu Tare
  • Organic Spicy Chili Oil (don't overdo it)
  • Organic Spicy Chili Crunch (don't overdo it)
  • 50g butter
  • 2 small blanched pak choi
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 smoked goose breast
  • 2 marinated ramen eggs

ZUBEREITUNG

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, drain well, and set aside. Heat 50 ml of broth in a saucepan, add the tare, and chili oil and chili crunch to taste. Melt the butter in the mixture and blend with an immersion blender until frothy. Heat the remaining broth and pour it over the noodles in the bowl. Arrange the pak choi, slices of goose breast, halved egg, and carrot strips on top of the noodles. Spoon the buttery foam over the top and enjoy!
