Fancy a taste of the sea? For all seafood lovers and spice enthusiasts, this ramen creation is the ultimate treat. Delicate shrimp, scallops, and whatever else the sea has to offer, combined in a flavorful broth with a generous dose of garlic and chili. Who could resist?
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 x 525ml base broth Ramen Chicken OR bone broth grass-fed goose
- 1–2 tbsp Tan Tan seasoning sauce
- 1 tbsp Peanut Soy Rayu seasoning paste
- 2 tbsp Spicy Chili Crunch
- 1 tbsp Gomasio spice mix
- 300g mixed seafood (prawns, scallops, calamari rings)
- 2 carrots (cut into thin strips)
- 4 spring onions (sliced into rings)
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- Oil for frying
ZUBEREITUNG
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Spicy Chili Crunch.
- Heat the broth in a pot and stir in the Tan Tan seasoning sauce and the soy rayu (the best way is with a whisk or immersion blender).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and then shake vigorously a few times in the sieve until they are slightly creamy.
- Distribute the noodles among the ramen bowls, pour over the broth, and then distribute the seafood and vegetables on top.
- To garnish, sprinkle with gomasio and the sliced spring onions.
