Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g ramen noodles
- 525 ml Ramen base broth Tonkotsu
- 50-70 ml Tan Tan seasoning sauce
- 15 ml chili oil
- 4 tbsp kimchi
- 2 tbsp butter
- 16 thin slices of pancetta
- 220g sprouts
- 1x bok choy
- Spring leeks in rings
- 2x egg
ZUBEREITUNG
- Heat the ramen base broth Tonkotsu, Tan Tan seasoning sauce and spicy chili oil in a pot and puree.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter and a pinch of salt and mix well
- Boil the ramen noodles for 5 minutes and then beat them well so that the noodles absorb the broth well.
- Arrange everything in a bowl and garnish with sprouts, kimchi, pak choi (blanched), pancetta, spring leek and (soy) egg if desired.
