As Commercial Director, you ensure that the foundation is solid: finances, structures, and processes. You keep an eye on liquidity, costs, and profitability and develop processes that keep pace with our growth – clearly, pragmatically, and sustainably.

You work closely with management, production, logistics, and external partners. You think ahead, identify risks early, and bring order to complexity. You're not a hindrance, but an enabler: solution-oriented, clear in your communication, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

WORKPLACE: Weimar + flexible home office (hybrid)

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the commercial area with a focus on finance, controlling and structures.
• Financial planning and control with a focus on budgets, liquidity, costs and profitability
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with tax advisors
• Creating decision-making tools for management through key performance indicators, reports and classification
• Development and improvement of business processes, pragmatic and practical
• Commercial management of contracts, insurance policies and central service providers
• Interface between production and logistics for translating economic relationships
• Management and further development of the commercial area depends on the current state of the structures.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in a commercial management position (ideally in a medium-sized company / production / food sector)
• Very good understanding of numbers and operational relationships.
• Experience in controlling, financial planning and liquidity management
• Structured, pragmatic way of working – you think in solutions, not problems.
• Clarity in communication: you can explain things, categorize them, and also name uncomfortable truths.
• A sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality – you don't wait for others to act.
• Interest in honest food and enjoyment in helping shape a growing company.
• Leadership with conviction: clear, fair, binding
