We are J.Kinski and we produce the finest organic bone broths, sauces, and other wholesome food products. With us, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly – literally: you'll keep an eye on quality, hygiene, technology, teamwork, and output . You'll structure processes, maintain an overview even when many orders come in at once, and ensure that our customers receive their products complete and on time .
You're a hands-on person, reliable, decisive, and detail-oriented. You lead the team clearly and fairly, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure that plans are transformed into finished products. YOUR TASKS (hands-on, seriously)
• Managing production in day-to-day operations: coordinating shifts/teams, setting priorities, ensuring output
• Lend a hand when needed: starting up, converting, troubleshooting, resolving bottlenecks
• Live hygiene & cleanliness as a standard: working according to specifications, order, traceability, documentation
• Ensure quality: understand the process, keep an eye on critical points, monitor samples/checks, and eliminate deviations.
• Utilize technical understanding: Understand machines/systems, consider maintenance logic, communicate clearly with technicians/machine builders
• Process and workflow optimization: less friction, fewer errors, better cycle times (without sacrificing quality)
• Team leadership with attitude: Guiding and developing people, giving clear instructions – but always respectfully and fairly.
• Interface to product development, logistics and management: providing feedback, suggesting solutions, driving implementation
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience as a production manager / shift supervisor / team leader in food production (or similar)
• Cleanliness and hygiene mindset: you see dirt before others see it
• A love for good food and a standard that doesn't stop at "it'll do".
• Technical understanding (you don't have to be a mechatronics engineer – but machines shouldn't intimidate you)
• Structure, calm, clear communication – even when it's loud and everyone wants something at the same time
• You lead with love: you can demand without belittling. You provide security without becoming weak.
