OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
You make numbers Arguments , from arguments Listings and from listings real clearance sale .
You develop sales support strategies, materials, and POS ideas for Retail, Discount & Foodservice – data-driven, fast, clean. And you are ours. Go-to person for insights when sales needs to know: What attracts people – and why?
YOUR TASKS (aka: the real game)
1) Data analysis & insight management
-
Prepare market data, sales figures & shopper insights (in a way that makes them usable)
-
Build sales arguments, product range analyses & price comparisons (clear, sharp, convincing)
-
Evaluate market studies and panels (e.g. Nielsen, GfK, IRI ) – and extract the essence
2) Sales support & retail presentations
-
Creating customer presentations, one-pagers & launch materials (no fluff, just results)
-
Maintain and further develop our sales toolbox (templates, fact sheets, arguments, proofs)
-
Preparing for and following up on listing discussions: Action reports, learnings, next steps
3) POS Material & Trade Marketing
-
Develop displays, recipe cards, QR codes, shelf stoppers & more (shoppers understand it in 3 seconds)

Managing agencies/graphics – until the product is on the market and working.

Planning and implementing sampling/trading events (in consultation – but with drive)
4) Interface to production & product development
-
Sales planning + monthly forecast for production (realistic, reliable, not "wishful thinking")
-
Coordination regarding product range planning, relaunches & launches
-
Feed market feedback and trade learnings back to the product team (so things get better, not just louder)
YOU BRING WITH YOU (please no "I can definitely do that")

Experience in Trade Marketing/Category Management (FMCG/Food, organic is a bonus)

You love numbers and You can translate them into story + slides.

Panel/market data expertise (Nielsen/GfK/similar)
-
Understanding of retail structures, decision-making processes & promotional logic
-
Structure, pragmatism, will to implement (you deliver)
-
Tool affinity: gladly Power BI / Tableau / CRM + useful AI tools
-
You get along well with agencies, POS service providers and field staff – without drama.
