We love udon noodles and have finally discovered organic ones from Hakubaku that we really enjoy . Udon are among the wider noodle types in Japanese cuisine. They expand slightly when cooked and can be eaten cold, stir-fried , or served in a hot broth . With our Dashi Umami broth, for example, you can create the popular curry dish " Kare Udon."
