I'd like to change something in my order. Is that possible?

Of course it's possible if we're all fast enough. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change it.

How can I return my package?

In this case, please send us an email with your order number to info@jkinski.com so we can discuss the return process. Please specify exactly which products you would like to return and, if possible, the reason. Feedback is always important to us. Please also note that we can only accept unopened products.

Is my package subject to customs duties?

You don't need to worry about that. Everything related to shipping is covered by the flat shipping fee.

I live in a country that is not listed as a delivery area in the online shop. Can I still order?

Feel free to send us an informal email to info@jkinski.com to place your order. You will then receive a confirmation email from us containing the payment link. Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the country and order size. Please note that our food products are labeled in German.

I am a reseller. What is the reseller discount?

Please send us an informal email to info@jkinski.com – you will then receive a product range and price list with all the terms and conditions. Ordering via the webshop will soon be possible for resellers.

Can I view the items offered on site? Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, we don't have a showroom, but you can find us in some supermarkets and organic shops.

I'm looking for a specific item and can't find it in the online shop. Can you help me?

I've narrowed it down to two similar products, but I don't understand the differences. Do you also offer telephone consultations?

You can reach our customer support on mobile number 0151 41496351; But it's just as quick via the chat on the website.

Is it possible to order sample sizes or to try your products at your location in Magdala?

Unfortunately, we don't have a retail space where you can sample our products. However, we are now available in many German cities through grocery stores, especially Asian and organic markets. You can also purchase individual products there. If you don't like any of our products, please email us at info@jkinski.com and we will refund your purchase price.

Do you offer vouchers for your online shop?

Yes, you can find our vouchers under "Extras - Non Food" in the webshop. There you have the choice between print and digital.

I ordered a few days ago and now there's a sale / I missed the sale. Can I still get the discount retroactively?

We completely understand that this is frustrating, but unfortunately, we can't retroactively apply the sale discount. However, you can subscribe to our newsletter via email or WhatsApp so you're always the first to know about our latest promotions. You'll find the links at the very bottom of our website.

I'm looking for a specific item and can't find it in the online shop. Can you help me?

What do I do if I don't like the taste of your products at all? You have this taste guarantee, don't you?

Everyone should always be able to expect to buy something really good from us, and that it tastes good too. However, if we haven't quite met your expectations, please do the following:

Send us a message to info@jkinski.com with the subject line “Taste Guarantee” and we will refund the purchase price. However, you will have to pay the return postage yourself.

What does "order awaiting fulfillment" mean?

Your order is currently awaiting fulfillment, meaning it is being prepared for shipment. As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a tracking link to track your shipment.

In some cases, shipping may take a little longer, as we take care to ship all ordered products together and in full. If you can't or don't want to wait any longer, please contact us at info@jkinski.com – we'd be happy to split your order upon request.

We always do our best to ensure your package arrives quickly. If it does take a little longer, we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

We usually ship your order the same day or the next day. If we are very busy (for example, before Christmas or during promotional periods), processing times may be longer, up to a week, but this is rare. Standard postal delivery times apply as usual: 1-3 business days within Germany, and slightly longer for international shipments.

Do you also deliver to Packstations or post offices in Germany?

Yes, do NOT enter a street name, but instead the Packstation or post office branch with its number on the same line (example: Post Office Branch 123). Don't forget your postal code as an additional address.

My order was delivered incomplete.

Are there multiple packages in transit, or has something arrived broken? Did we make a packing error? Simply contact us by email at info@jkinski.com or via the chat on the website. We'll sort it out.

My delivery arrived damaged.

We're very sorry about that; we know how frustrating it is. Just email us at info@jkinski.com or use the chat function to tell us what broke and whether you'd prefer a refund or a voucher. We'll sort it out quickly and easily.

My delivery never arrived.

Did you receive an email? Please also check your spam folder. If you didn't receive a message, please contact us via the webshop chat or email so we can investigate. If a package gets lost, we will of course send a replacement.

I'm expecting a package. How can I track it?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your shipment. The email will also contain all the information about the shipment's progress, which is constantly updated by the shipping provider. Should anything go wrong, we are of course here for you. Simply send an email to info@jkinski.com or a message via the webshop chat, and we will investigate the matter.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Write us an email immediately at info@jkinski.com or use the webshop chat! If the package hasn't been shipped yet, we can still change the address.

If you selected "payment by invoice," this will be processed through the provider Klarna. More time for you to pay – less paperwork for us. Klarna's IBAN will be sent to you by letter or email. Important: Please do not transfer any money to our account at Sparkasse Jena.
