Ingredients for 2 people:
- 150g minced pork
- 1 tbsp TanTan BBQ seasoning
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 500ml Organic Ramen Tonkotsu Style
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 150g pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- Salt
- 80g roasted peanuts, chopped finely
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- Sesame oil for seasoning
- ½ bunch of coriander greens, roughly picked
ZUBEREITUNG
- Fry the minced meat in clarified butter with garlic, ginger and the Tantan spice until crumbly.
- Add half of the spring onions and fry. Deglaze the meat with the ramen base, soy sauce and red wine vinegar and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles and mix thoroughly with the peanuts and remaining spring onions. Arrange in a deep bowl and top with coriander and sesame oil.
